Hello. I dont know if I'm in the right place but I cant be bothered to look any more. My husband Richard was diagnosed with Parkinsons over 10 years ago. He has become more and more abusive to me and our children. We are desperate for things to change. He says its his drugs that have caused him to physically and psychologically attack us on a daily basis. If this is the case, then why do the doctors administer these drugs? I dont believe it for a second! He was always tempestuous and abrasive and i think hes using this as an excuse. I think he changed after his diagnosis and he has been very bitter since then. The 'why me'? syndrome seems to be the most probable cause in my eyes. Has any one else had a similar experience. I am seriously considering getting a divorce. I'm not even sure sure we could ever return to what we had after what he's put me and the kids through!
