That's great. The right support is key.
I have stiffness on my right side, mainly my arm and hand. I also drag my leg a little, especially when tired.
I'm a major fan of yoga or pilates. I try to do 2/3 classes a week or at least do stretching at home. If I don't do it I notice how much stiffer I am. Walking is great too. Yoga is not for everyone but any form of movement is helpful with any muscular pain.
