Has anybody ever used the Help Line. I have on a few occasions and I must say how helpful I found them
On a couple of occasions it was to talk to one of the nurses and they were brilliant put my mind at rest immediately.
On another occasion it was to do with work and benefits and again they were very helpful and quick with a response.
I can highly recommend anybody calling the Help Line if in doubt call.

I've rung them twice over the years. Both times my queries were answered professionally and patiently. It's an excellent free service provided by PUK.
I have rung them a few times and found the help and advice superb.
A real lifeline.
