I'm 45 diagnosed recently. Taking Azilect for a few months, not much improvement apart from slightly better mood.
My biggest problem is stiffness in one side, shoulder back neck etc leading to headaches. Secondary to that, slight tremor
I find myself most mornings taking an ibuprofen (400mg) once or twice. This helps me.
Can I take this as frequently as this? anyone have any experiences with ibprofen long term, or suggest other painkillers for PD?
(I already excercise)
I get sore at night. I take Ibuprofen as and when needed and occasionally a Solpadeine. There is no point being sore!
