Good morning Glasgow Girl and John.
Have either of you heard of 'Laughter Therapy '? It was a session at a course I went to for PwP and their careers (my wie). In the session we were told that the mere act of laughing releases dolphins, n of them I believe. We had to just laugh. Now personally I prefer to laugh at a joke or something, rather than laughing at nothing.
So I intend to stand and face Parkinson's armed only with humour and dolphins.*
Running isn't an option, although Runrig is; my spirits are always lifted by a guitar solo by Malcolm!.
(* as you probably guessed when I said n-dolphins I mean of course endorphins)
