I love haggis, I also put sugar, salt and anything else I can get my hands on to give my porridge some taste. I drink whiskey with ginger ale or irn Bru. I prefer English bitter to scottish beer, Guinness to bitter, cider to stout. I prefer lamb bhoona to haggis. I eat fish on a Friday. I support rangers (whats left of them). I'm agnostic, I'm scottish, part Irish, roots in Scandinavia, British, UKish, European.
In short I'm a bloated, greedy, alcoholic, lost cause who doesn't know where I live or where i'm going when I shed my mortal coil.
Scotland has the right to self rule, I and 50% of jock Tamson's bairns feel subjugated and want freedom, the other 50% know they are subjugated and made to feel fear to keep them there. That's the way I see it.
If there is a Yes vote, Scotland won't put up a border control, we won't suddenly want to wage war with England.
If there is a No vote I think we should do away with the titles of Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Too long winded. And let's face it, what's the point. We should just merge into a single great nation. We can dispense with the United Kingdom title and just become Great Britain or Britain and be British. One capital, one flag, one currency one football association, one premier league. No-one lauding it over one or the other. Or is that the point of this whole setup?
