Well nearly back to normal but I failed to get off clonazepam
it was just too much for me when it went to zero.
Anyway I would have made you a Dame for your birthday but my powerās limit me to one per year .
However I am able to bestow one knighthood so Iāve been thinking , for services to Babswood and coach building to make Phil a lord so it could be Lord Phil of the drink and Lady Babswood of the Nod.
Let me know if you would appreciate this honourable position.

Iām sorry to hear that you are knackered and maybe a little bit miffed about Mam receiving an honour.
However I hope you understand with power comes great responsibility and I do appreciate why you would feel this way .
Unfortunately the rules decree that Iām allowed only one honour in each category therefore I was intending to include you in my birthday honour,s list.

Sorry for my absence today , but theres no phone signal 20 miles out at sea
I went sea fishing today
Something i havent done for nearly 2 years
Didnt tell kay as i thought she would have said no , but the skipper made sure i was safe,
Gave him what i caught to as it would stink out my car
When i told her she asked if i enjoyed it,
Ive changed and feel alot more at ease now
Im glad your back to your normal self bruv , even ksy was worried
Got my Cardio appointment tomorrow so hopefulyl all goes well with that

Got a few bass and 2 sea eels , never caught a sea eel before , bloody size of it ,
I furst though i had caught old NESSY
I think it was my special home nade bait that attracted them
Either that or they liked what i had for breakfast

Hi Babs , it should do ,the last 2 have , , its only to try and evaluate my heart risk , and cecayse ive had a mini stroke it checks for blood dangerous clots
Still a little problem with blood pressure buts its actually coming down but not as fast as they would llike
But i will be here for tyour birthday 
At least they are keeping a good check on you. Which must be reassuringā¦ X x x
I go every 3 months , the only downsude is spending 8 hours in a bed , pricked , proded and poked , and wired up like a christmas tree
I cant even you know what by myself
But my doctor is brillient the one doctor i do trust
