Myself after a couple of days feeling like crap and after lots and lots of sleep im back to my normal self
See my phycriatrist on monday he is also a neurologist and will try and help me understand and control my moods and get me on the right meds to help with my condition
Id settle for being able to walk without a stick but will have to wait and see

My cousin & his missus are on there way to me in spite of the weight of public transport being against them (bus replacements on the liverpool street line AND the district line over the same weekend? Really TFL??). They’re stopping the night and then heading for Sussex tomorrow to visit friends before heading back to bonny Scotland on Monday.

not that I am easily spooked or anything but driving back up the A9 last week I put Eva Cassidy. Had not listened to her beautiful voice for years. The first track a Sting cover, sends goose bumps.

Hope your sunday has started off well
Had a bit of a mix this last few days
But now seem to be fireing on 3 of 4 cylinders , ( Not quite 4 just yet )
Tomorrow im off to my first appointment with a head shrink ( Phyciatrist )
He is also a Neurologist so will kill 2 birds with one stone maybe come to a solution and the right care,
Pete im glad you have found a new hobby to do and relax too. Sometimes thats as good as a cure
Hope Mam is getting better and back to fighting fit

Thank you for your kind remarks my friend.
Basically I was told to sort myself out and take as much clonazepam as I feel I need to stop the withdrawal symptoms and the GP will keep writing the scripts .
So as I was sitting there trying to drop the £ sign roller blinds coming down on my specs .
No not really I think it was a very trustworthy thing to do and I for one have every intention of reaching the target of 0.5mg by January and the difference is that is where I’ve to stay exactly where I started before the neurologist tried his experiment and I’m trusted to do it myself which I take as a compliment and very seriously

Since i joined this site in march this year
I have made quite possibly the 6 best friends i think ive ever had and ever will
On the crap days that ive had thankfully now not that many i knew i would always find friendship and support and even a little ass kicking to get me in gear
To me you all have your special skills
Tommy you make me laugh even when i dont feel like it and are always on the end of the phone when you need me or i need you
You made and make me welcome everytime
Babs you always put sense into my senseless ness , you seem to know the right things to say but thankfully ive come to my senses ( sort of )
You never put blame or critisize
I,m glad we met here
Roy ,you used to melt my brain give me headaches , your music knowledge is very extensive, i thought i knew music but you are truly the master
I enjoyed our meet and drink which i hope to soon repeat

Hi Keith thanks for the kind words if you could see my head getting bigger you would be amazed I truly don’t think I do anything other than be (or try to be) a decent human being mam will tell you I, m definitely not an angel hope this is not a goodbye post as like you I, ve found some very special friends to add to the 2 who have always stood by me what I get from you all is immeasurable and something no amount of money could buy

Morning Pete & Tommy, Keith, Babs and Mrs T. Had a good weekend with my cousin and his other half, he bought me a nice bottle of single malt & treated us to a takeaway. Les’s American guest visited Bath & Stonehenge yesterday & is doing Windsor today, he flies back to Michigan from Heathrow tomorrow. Les has a very empty fridge so I’m on shopping duties later this morning. Have a good day all.
