dropped off just before 6 this morning only to be woken at 9.30 ( how rude )
blood pressure has dropped a little last one was 144 / 88 better than 154 / 104
off shortly for walking the tread mill and monitoring my blood pressure
if all goes well kay come get me about 6pm or wont be till tomorrow
HAVING a great birthday though , what man wouldnt being surrounded by young nurses
but NO barabar windsor nurses
the nurses here are great not just lovely but little angels
i was threatend they would tie me to the bed but thats another story
so i just want you my friends to know im feeling good , thank you for your thoughts

Hi Barbara so glad your OK perhaps you should contact pd nurse I know how you feel stretched for something and found out I have damaged my shoulder when I quarreled with door frame canāt see us getting insurance mam says sorry to hear you, ve fallen again take care

Just back from dentist she decided on the cheaper option and extracted my wisdom tooth ( donāt know if it will make me anymore stupid than paying Ā£156 eh) oh well I think I would have paid any amount on Saturday to get rid of the pain

Suzanne went shopping last year to a nice little market town with her sister and cousin.
Just arrived had a coffee and cake
went outside fell over broke three ribs
ended up in hospital embarrassed for ruining the day out ( she cried lots)

Hi Tommy just dont know why keeps happening. I was holding on to Phils arm and the next I know im away.Would have been alot worse if I had not been holding on to him. So just have a grazed ankle. Just takes all your confidence away.Had been just trying to convince Phil this morning about letting me go to hosp in Glasgow by myself so thats a no no now. Just feel rotten.i did not even trip as usually ifeel my right foot not lifting properly. X och well just need to get on with it people have much worse. Speak soon x x x
