I had a great sleep last night went to.my.bed at 9 and that was me till 6 am.
Really good considering the last few days Iāve been up at 3.30.
Hoping it continues and that was me not taking any pain killers before I went

Hi Barbara sorry if you were worried I know I do post early usually but I stayed up till 3 to watch Liverpool play in USA and then went shopping early we are both ok but could do with few degrees off temp. glad you slept well hope I will tonight mam thinks I, m nuts she can, t grasp passion I have for my team (perhaps I am nuts) something else to add to list we both say thanks for caring
