You do know I’m living in Oxfordshire now Mrs M has left me alone for a few hours so I have Bolan, Bowie and Ultravox blaring out . She’s off for a leg wax. Unlike my first wife she was like Mrs Doutfire on the bus ,a strange girl really half Scottish half French.
She only shaved under one arm.
My second wife of 14 years is so posh she thinks bum is a bad word .
She even gets oot the shower for a wee.
Am no always that nice effter aw ye kin take the boay ootta glesga eh,? The only thing I don’t do now is drink but that’s just because of my meds.

I’ve only just woke up to an empty house and a greetin spaniel don’t know where Mrs m has gone ACH she must be away to.buy me a giant present cos I bought and fitted aye me the plumber a new dishwasher yesterday aye that’s where she must be .
Did I just say where I thought Mrs M must be twice.
I need my meds I must be getting paranoid again

I took Sammy the spaniel out for a wee walk . And I went into the back garden of a pub .Tied him up and went in for a glass of Coke (I don’t drink due to the medication) About ten minutes later a young girl came out and said,“sorry sir you’ll have to leave it’s only guide dogs allowed in here so I said"what the **CK have they given me”?
you should have said you left him outside as you know your way to the bar and pretended you couldnt see , i would , just to see what they say

or you could have said , you have parkinsons and you bring the dog to soften the fall when you fall over as the dog is trained to

I think Keith enjoyed his tour of Oxfords dreaming spires but I don’t think he’s walked so far in a while he’ll sleep tonight no sweeties required I don’t know if he knew what a train or a bus was the weather was perfect and we had a good chat and a.laugh we had a pub lunch no alcohol though I don’t think he’ll be home till about 9oclock. Hi my name is Annette my husband has been diagnosed for 4years but now he is going through a stage of not sleeping but when he manages to get to sleep it’s not for long and Rhein he is in and out of bed every time he flinches. This could be every 10-20 mins some nights, have read to do with you having the oil how much do you need to take affect and how long before bed as willing to try anything . Has anyone else has this problem if so how did you get it sorted.
HI Tommy just wondering if your ok hope you,ve not led keith astray one more day with monitor normally only get alarm to take meds and green light when i swipe to say i,ve taken them last night it went pink with flashing letters hope it,s not aliens sleep well mate

I was.in the same position as your husband the problem just got so bad I was awake for 48 hours on a few occasions tried to go to bed but when joined by my wife I’d just get up I’m sure you can imagine how this made her feel. . Then I found a post by Peter Corcoran look him up when you get the chance I went to Holland and Barrett and bought C.B.D hemp oil 5 percent strength I take 8 drops under the tongue and retire to bed within half an hour I’ve managed to achieve 9 hours sleep but mostly I get around 5or6 which has made an enormous difference speak to Peter I look on him as my guru now.

I’m afraid I burnt Keith out walking around Oxfords dreaming spires in the heat .I think he’ll sleep like a baby tonight without any sweeties HA HA.

This might sound a little mumbo jumbo
but at first in conjunction with the oil I used a podcast with earphones it was called (don’t laugh ) sleep with me it’s a Canadian guy who talks about alsorts of subjects but he never gets to the point he wanders off on some mad tangents and basically bores you to sleep I used it for two weeks and it worked for a while but now I just use talk radio some people use their favourite music like jazz or something your husband has to find what works for him
The podcast is free to download on your mobile anything is worth a try

My feet now know how big oxford city is ,
i think i walkwd most of it
but i had the best company to walk the city with
The museum was great , although we were both a bit worried walking round the big glass
display units considering how easily we fall

Tommy and Sue made a stranger feel so welcome in thier home
if thats what pd does , i think everyone could use a dose of it
i was so knackered when i got home and i was in bed by 10pm and insomnia didnt not disturb me for 12 hours and no bed wetting
it was really good to meet and greet someone who is and can be as sarcastic as me
on a friendship scale out of 10 , i cant give a 10 , I WOULD GIVE UNLIMITED

but let me rest my feet for a bit
