got home after a day with tommy
had something to eat and fell asleep about 8.45
missus left me in my chair
as they all know its not a good idea to wake me and tell me to go to bed
just covered me up and left me in my chair

woke up just after 2am
i now could be awake the rest of the night
all the street lights are out and spooky

I was worn out yesterday
Slept from 8 o clock till 6.15 this morning .
Got up and Sue was watching peirs Morgan and that just eroded any motivation I might have had . so fell asleep again till 10.30 then took a desperate doggy out.
I think one of you should take it in turns to visit me everyday to motivate me
It’s quite safe now all the flies have moved on .
It got too much for them in here and they began throwing up so they’ve gone somewhere cleaner.

I’m finally awake but not yet up
I won’t say I’m totally with it yet
God the back of my legs ache and are refusing to get up out of bed
It’s always a great day out with Tommy even though my legs hate me the next day
We did a fair amount of walking and getting lost
The museum which has lots of fragile items was closed
Must have known we were coming
With Tommy’s shakes and my crap balance they were not taking any chances
But I wouldn’t have missed it .
ANYWAY
Pete is the new duvet safe and secured

Hi folks was at hosp today to see my PD nurse.
I have to come off the ropinirole gradually, as too many side effects, and she will phone me tomorrow after speaking with my neurologist. She thinks he will now put my sinimet up. At present I take 5 a day. 25mg/100 mg.
Out of interest on looking at my blister pack that was delivered today I have been changed to C0 careldopa from sinimet plus

i have spoke to many others who have taken ropinirole and like you and me they didnt get on well with it and had to come off it
im now up but my legs still feel a bit stiff but now they dont hurt as much now
havent heard alot from tommy yet , but if he was as knackered as i was i know why
