Just got up ,went to my cot about nine listened to James whale then woke up from nightmare , get them a lot and usually start hitting out so itās safer for my wife if I get up as Iāve whacked her before.
Funny thing she never gets angry over it, Iād be raging if I got woke up with a whack.

we have an āescapeā bed especially when hub working. My nightmares got so bad , screaming and thrashing about I have recently been prescribed Melatonin. IT WORKS.
