Well good Morning my friends.
Hope you all slept well. Donāt think we will here from Keith till lunch time as I think his sleeping sweeties have worked.
Well itās Friday and another weekend. Just canāt believe itās nearly 1 year since I workedā¦ I miss the buzz. How time flies.
Speaking of anniversaries I have been married 39 years past in August. I was 20 when I got married and canāt quite believe Iām nearly 60.
I donāt know about any of you but when I was young many moons ago you used to think 60 was old.
Or as my grand daughter who is 5 says wow Gran thatās a big number.!!
Just canāt quite believe it think I might just stay 59 for another few years!!!.

Hi babs and anyone else who happens to be up not got much time as I need to catch 8. 15 bus I, ve not tried coconut oil babs though girl in Holland and barret who knows me did tell me about it and said it was working for some people I already get garlic tablets, cod liver oil and manuka honey so didnāt fancy spending any more as honey is expensive but worth it as I used to have bad throat problems on it 5yrs now and only 1cold and 1 bad throat guess there is nothing to lose by trying it got to go catch you all later

I woke up again about 9.15
Only took those sweeties about 6 hours to kick in , but when my insomnia really kicks in nothing works i just have to wait
I hope pete got on alright at the dentist and they didnt hurt each other lol
Like you Babs its been nearly a yr since i last worked and i miss what i did , miss the people i worked with but thankfully not the selfish 2 faced ( wont swear ) who i worked for
To this day he has never phoned me to ask how i am
I am going to have another attempt at getting my blood test today , tried yesterday but i think the whole world turned up felt like i walked into a football stadium as so many people
I will be about for most of the day
