Hi @Nigel27 thank you for your question. Madopar is a levodopa‑based medication, and its role is to top up dopamine levels in the brain. Some people feel a clear improvement, others less so, but it’s still providing that dopamine support even if the effect isn’t obvious.

Hi Nigel I have been on madapor for about 3 or 4 years now I didn’t think it was working so I cut back and then stopped taking it for a few days and realized it was working. My coordination on my right side went to pot. So I started taking it again and things improved. I am not taking my evening dose as I believe it interfears with my sleep. When I wake up I am fine except for my hips . I take my first dose about 7 and my second about 12.
