Hi everyone, I wondered if anyone has been diagnosed with this syndrome? After the first brain scan for what he was told was probable Parkinson’s, my son now has a possible diagnosis of pyramidal versus extrapyramidal syndrome, and is waiting for a Datscan and cervical MRI. I wonder if it’s possible to have both?. He also has upper limb motor signs of uncertain origin.
