Hi, we have the same supply issues in Australia for about one year now. The genuine Sinemet brand is not available. So the govt had temporarily made generic brands available. But to get it one needs to apply for special case. They are trying to get my mum to change to Kinson but like you said changing medication means time to titrate it for her needs. A problematic process.
