Been struggling with sleeping, can’t get comfortable. My back on the Parkinsons side is really stiff, it feels like a scaffold pole, just will not relax into the bed. I’m not on any meds, I’m 49 and trying to hold off as long as I can.
Anyone else affected with back stiffness in bed??
