He is employed as an administrator who deals with prescriptions. He did introduced himself as a doctor to me few times on the phone but the practice manager confirmed that he is not a doctor.He also used his first name as surname but I did find out his real full name in the end..
Doesn't seem right that Mr P was calling himself a Dr. when he isn't. I hope his professionalism has been reprimanded by the Practice Manager...
Some training needed and increasing the awareness of the consequences of his actions!!
