I believe in Canada the first question they ask you when you go into hospital for a problem is do you want maid ( medical assistance to die , I have also heard that teenagers can get maid for things like being depressed. I think that the older population are considered as useless eaters and are targeted for eurhenisa, reduces the pension and benefits costs I suspect.
