You might think Im mad but my husbands bucket list is a priority for me. We are on our last long haul and we are doing a road trip from Calgary to Vancouver by car (me driving) staying 4 nights in Banff, Jasper, Kamloops and hoping to see all that is accessible for us.
Anyone out there who would like to share their wealth of information on what to see, whats accessible and sensible to do and see with someone who has Parkinsons. My husband is quite unbalanced but he can still walk short distances, he gets stuck when turning etc but he is very determined and we live by the rule IF YOU DONT USE IT YOU LOOSE IT, seems to have worked so far but now it is getting quite heavy going and he does get very tired. This trip is at a leisurely pace and we are taking our time.
Anyone out there perhaps who live over there and have experience on the Canadian Rockies and the towns, and in vancouver or Seattle any information would be most welcomed.
