I have just had a look at the exercise for people with “Parkinson’s” and I am surprise that TAI CHI is not mentioned unless I have missed it. I was diagnosed in 2010 and at that time PD Nurse’s were going on about exercise and how good it was for you, first I tried Kick Boxing this was not for me then a friend ask if I would like to go to the Tai Chi class with him, since then I’ve never looked back even if you are on holiday you can practice any were. ps I have joined in with a chinse class that was in a park in Melbourne Australia and also with a group in Madeira.
