Hi everyone i have been experiencing numbness in my hands 1st thing in a morning is this part of the disease or does nobody experience this symptom i also get tingling of hands and numbness of 1 fingeron right hand not on tremor hand also aching hands but as day goes gets easier
Hi I find my hands ache normally in the evening if I am having a bad day. I bought a hand exercise kit from Amazon and I find exercising my hands causes the aches to fade after about half an hour. The other thing that helps is hand massage, any hand cream is fine. I also get pains and aches in my lower body in the evening, gentle massage helps to my lower legs and calves which also reduces my tremors before I go to bed and helps me get to sleep.
