Hi my brain never stops I talk and act out dreams the whole time I am on clonazipan doesn’t work where we live Parkinson’s care is virtually nonexistent What drugs are other people using do they work I am also worried about losing my license if I have stronger drugs Any advice would be greatly appreciated Gary
Hello @Gaz1 R E M. is part of the sleep pattern.as well SWS sleep wake sleep . My wife is on Stanek has the same problem .hope this article helps

Usually, when you’re asleep, your body will be in a state of “atonia”, which stops you from moving. But changes in the brain due to Parkinson’s may disrupt this process, so you may act out your dreams while you’re asleep.
