ADT and Parkinsons

I am 78 and have had Parkinsons for 7 years and it is under reasonable control with Madopar (2 and a half pills a day). Unfortunately I was diagnosed with prostate cancer 3 years ago and it has spread to my bones - so far in a slow, sporadic way which has been treated successfully with radiation. I have resisted taking ADT as I felt the withdrawal of testosterone wouldnt go well with my exercise routine (regular gym with trainer, squash).

My oncology keeps suggesting I take ADT (now in pill form not an injection) as it is part of the standard treatment. There is very little research or comment on the internet but what there suggests that ADT would worsen my PD symptons

Any views?
