Hi, my dad had parkinsons for last 18 years and he is 68 years old now. Recently he is not eating/drinking anything. He is not able to sit and he looks to be in sleep all the time. He is not moving his hands or legs. The only movement i could see is his eye balls some times.
Did anyone experience the same situation and do they get better at all, atleast to the point where they can signal anything.
Hi there Naga! A warm welcome to the forum, although we’re sorry to hear about your Father.
We have a free confidential helpline service providing support to anyone affected by Parkinson’s, so we’d recommend that you give them a call on 0808 800 0303 so you can receive guidance about your Father.
Our trained advisers, including specialist Parkinson’s nurses, can provide information and advice about all aspects of living with Parkinson’s.
I’m sorry to hear about your dad. Hope you might have taken him to a neurologist for further assessment. If he isn’t responding, it’s better to keep him under the supervision of a neurologist for a few days to see any improvement. I’d also recommend seeing a qualified acupuncturist.
