Hi . I find that whenI use the Passport Facial recognition it fails every time for me. When everyone else sails through. Does anyone else have this issue?

My husband does every single time. Do you think it’s lack of expression? I think he gets stressed about it now and his tremors kick in and he doesn’t hold the passport down firm enough.
Hello. I think it’s change to expression. But you maybe right and stress could be a factor.
