Has anyone tried Lions Mane Mushroom products ? They are marketed as a ‘brain booster’. I have found some information on-line which would suggest that it’s worth a try.

I am also interested in the Lions Mane mushroom product, just had it delivered. If anyone has tried please feedback.
I am trying acupuncture & TCM (traditional Chinese Medicine).
Trying to avoid the meds at the moment.
