My husband has recently had a urine infection and was prescribed an antibiotic called Nitrofurantoin After taking the first four tablets of 100mg, the next morning he couldn’t even move off the bed and could hardly speak. We had to have a GP visit and she then changed the antibiotic. Has anyone experienced this with antibiotics knocking out the affect of Sinemet. It was very frightening.
