Hi Saint7 - panic attacks are awful and I empathise with you. I would go and see your gp or specialist. There are other things available such as cognitive behavioural therapy that can help you to control the attacks.
Hi. I agree with trying CBT. Other things which may help are The Tapping Solution, qigong (I like Mingtong Gu of chi centre.com). I also find head reflexology helpful. There are quite a few mindfulness techniques available so I would recommend exploring them to see if any resonate with you. YouTube is a good resource for free intros to these techniques. Good luck.
Keep an eye on the CBD thread. I have come across many reports that CBD can help with anxiety and panic attacks.
