Thank you for posting on behalf of your sister. That sounds worrying for both of you, especially when tests haven’t shown a clear cause yet.
Swelling can sometimes happen with apomorphine, but it’s not something everyone experiences. Because it’s a change that’s developed over time, it would be a good idea for your sister’s Parkinson’s nurse or consultant to review her pump settings. They may be able to suggest adjustments or rule out any other causes.

@Carolyn_Moore hello my wife was on the Apormorphine pump , there is a help line at Britannia pharmaceutical , who distribute the drug .. have you asked or the local representative. Who gave your sister the the pump for advice .
That would be my first line of help. As I think the consultant my also point you to them as well .
