I will not buy another one due too it’s appears to be a “ throw away item” at its end of life which could be 6 to 12 months, why as it says in the instructions “ battery can not be replaced “ …. but it can ! …. It says on emails that they will not supply a cable as it probably will end up in the bin and they don’t want to add the amount going to landfill, BUT If you make an item that can not be fixed , as in replacement batteries..surely it will end up in the bin!! . Yes you can send back to BB office at your cost ! .
Changing light indicates it’s charging.. it doesn’t mean it can’t be over charged, as ours did and the battery expanded.
Looking at the picture it still has a gap around the switch, which can let water in and this plastic switch cover can brake off at the bottom over time. As the case looks like it’s 3D printed.
We tried it .. impressive at first.. but how many are you going to have to buy over the coming years.
As I know everyone with PD is different, these no one size fits all , that’s shown in the strap as you say it needs more testing and more thinking about how to make it last longer the the battery life.
