Best smart ring for men and women-Need valuable advice before buying

I am in need of the best smart ring for sleep and recovery tracking as I’m trying to sort my awful sleep and daily energy crashes. i have been experiencing constant fatigue and waking up wrecked no matter how many hours I get. i went through reviews from trusted sources like DC Rainmaker, The Quantified Scientist and Reddit threads PC Mag and after comparing many options these two kept coming up as the top choices

Oura Ring 4

RingConn Gen 2

However i am having trouble deciding which one would be better for me and i would love to get your expert advice and hoping maybe some sleep nerds or people who’ve owned both on this forum can also share their real-world experience. i usually train 5-6x a week and don’t want a subscription if possible. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance :+1:
