I am allergic to beta blockers. Are there medicines available that are not based on beta blockers?
Can you be a bit more specific?
Betablockers are a particular type of drug used for a particular purpose.
They aren't used mixed into other drugs.
Hope you get it sorted out.
It's best to discuss medication with your Parkinson's specialist or GP. If you'd like to talk to a Parkinson's nurse about your concerns you can contact our helpline, we'd be happy to help you. Call the team free on 0808 800 0303 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hope this helps,
