Think that walking in sand might be one I will start with
i don't like anything too taxing or complicated as the concentration sometimes detours!,,

Not a book recommendation but a online course FREE through Future Learn GOOD BRAIN BAD BRAIN PARKINSON'S three week course which I found very interesting.
I even scored 84% which I am well chuffed with.

Try the book “Ultimate Parkinson’s Tips to Walk Faster, Stand Up, Unfreeze, Turn in Bed, and More”. I’ve reached the mid-stage and this book helps a lot. So far everything I tried that the book said to try, works.
Hello T, where can you purchase this book from please
sheffy
Amazon has the book.
i really enjoyed " this journey together" by nina sandell. we got our copy on amazon but i think a friend mentioned shed seen it at her library too? Its incredibly uplifting and is a mix of practical advice and peoples experiences with PD. its designed for you to read or to give to people who you want to understnd more about what youre going theough and i was genuinely quite moved by it. hope it helps x
I’m a bit surprised nobody has mentioned Michael J Fox’s books which are very readable and always optimistic. I read Lucky Man years ago and am currently reading No Time Like the Future. Having raised over a billion dollars for Parkinson’s research the bloke is surely a bit of a hero?
