Started a new job recently and a colleague asked if I had ever tried Borax which she finds helpful for arthritis. Apparently she takes a heavily diluted mix, but on research, it appears that whilst there are some positive articles on it there are an equal number of negative reviews. I have purchased some being someone who is willing to try anything but a little bit wary. Has anyone on here got an opinion on it.
Hi @gordo,
Given that you haven’t received any responses from the community as yet, I thought I’d chime in with some information that might be helpful to you. There is no scientific evidence to suggest borax is beneficial to people with Parkinson’s. We would recommend people are cautious and consult a qualified health professional or specialist before making any changes to their medications and lifestyle, including the use of supplements.
