Has anyone heard of, or got experience of botox injections to stop or reduce head shakes or dyskinesia of the head please?

I do have botex every three months for my dyskinesia/ head/neck shaking and it really does help.

Is it a specialist medical procedure, or one of the many different botox beauty technicians that do it? Do I go through the PD nurse/specialist for it?
