Brain lag

Im 46 and have been diagnosed with YOPD since March. Ive been taking ropinirole and madopar and found it helped with my symptoms. I have a left hand tremor, weakness down my left side, anxiety and depression, sleepless nights but also vivid dreams and lashing out when I do tend to fall asleep, constipation, stiffness in my joints and a gait. Ive had a normal datscan which my consultant has told me to ignore and still insists on the clinical diagnosis and so just to see what happens has asked me to reduce my ropinirole for 4 weeks just to see if my symptoms get worse due to the med reduction, which they have. The thing ive noticed is though is an increase in brain lag, not soaking in information, or mishearing things regularly like my brain is buffering, its somethingi noticed before but never connected it to my diagnosis and noticed it worse since reducing my meds, does anyone else suffer with this too.
