I’ve had PD for almost 10 years, diagnosed in my mid 40’s. Been prescribed Sinemet for years but I’m not great at taking it. I get a burning in my stomach that makes me want to eat, I’ve put so much weight on over the years. I keep coming off it and then start it again when the rigidity gets too severe. Is there any alternative to Sinemet / Levodopa that doesn’t rot the stomach?
