Try again. If you can get a nurse or citizens advice person then they might know a few ways to present your answer.
I know a few people who needed several attempts before getting this benefit.

This is a good place to start, I think most people find it a site that is fairly easy to use and usually it lets you save and go back to where you left off if you can’t finish everything in one go. Definitely a site I think everyone should be aware of, in fact the general Gov.uk site is well worth knowing about, there is all sorts of information on this. and is a site I will often go to first.

Call the Parkinsons UK Helpline for assistance with benefits in particular PIP. Pip is the most important one to be successful with prior to reaching retirement age. Pip is the only benefit that gives you access to the mobility scheme enabling you to lease a mobility car. Once over retirement age you cannot claim Pip and therefore cannot gain access to the mobility scheme.
