What sort of effect percentage wise does Parkinson's make to insurance premiums? Anyone got any examples or experience before and after Parkinson's declared?

As long as you have told DVLA there should be no increase, but you may have to have a medical license. My wife has a 3 year one which was renewed this year.
As long as the DVLA know what's going on there should be no increases on premiums. DVLA will check with your Nero
