Having quite bad posture and looking only a few inches ahead of my feet my oh suggested I wear a peeked cap , so having bought me one with a stiff peek she then pulled it low on my forehead making me lift my head to see where I'm going, net result is now stand up straighter keep my head up less neck stiffness no-headaches and less back pain , and all for less than a fiver ....good result I think
might not look very fashionable but it works for me and I now wear it whenever I go out
