I used Optegra based at Aston University.
They do NHS, and I paid extra to have the upgrade lens. The surgery itself takes 6 minutes an eye, I had both done on the same day. There’s a lot of eye drops to use for several weeks but for the first time in my life I have excellent vision, it’s really life changing. I see colours I have never seen before.
The surgery is painless and nothing to be concerned about. The people are friendly and accepted my tremors without question. I have no regrets.
Did they take into consideration Parkinson’s symptoms, such as tremors?
