I ordered a Charco Neurotech device for my auntie and unfortunately had to cancel the order. It was cancelled one day later and the device had not been dispatched. I contacted them and was assured of a refund. Weeks later and many e mails - still no refund. They just keep sending me a copy of the original transaction. This has been escalated with my bank.
