I have been recommended this device. I would like to hear how you get on with it. It is a lot of money if it doesn’t work but worth it if it does
I will let you know i would get yourself on waiting list as you can always cancel over the year on list all the best

Hi All,
I thought I’d share my experience with CUE1+. I received and started wearing the device in mid February, 2025. Within 48 hours I noticed on setting off for my 3 km run that my stride felt longer and smoother. I had actually forgotten I was wearing my new CUE1+ for the first time, this realization only hitting my about 10 seconds into my run, and after noticing the improvement in my stride. I attribute the improvement to the device, not the placebo effect given the fact I had forgotten I was wearing it.
Unfortunately, things go downhill from there. The device began shutting off occasionally within two weeks. The situation got progressively worse, quite quickly, and is so bad now that it only runs for five minutes or less before shutting off. Pressing the start button usually does not get it going again, but if I flick it with my finger, or jiggle it, it will kick back in … only to shut down again a few minutes later. This has been very frustrating.
I filed a technical report and I am happy to report that the company was very responsive, responding with 24 hours, and setting up a phone call for two business days later. That call will happen in two days time.
Of course, I am really disappointed, as in addition to my stride, I noticed an improvement in my sleep. I always wake up multiple times through the night and withing about 10 days I realised I was getting 7 to 7.5 hours without waking up once.
I am anxious to get a replacement as I do feel it was helping with my stride and sleep. And I am hopeful that the replacement will help with my tremor, which is my most frustrating symptom.
I’ll follow-up here, after I get my replacement.
Valerie
