Very disappointing - I know a lot were very hopeful in this being successful.
Cogane didn't work in Alzheimer nor in Parkinson. Now they are wasting money to test on ALS. Even an amateur like me knows now that cogane will never work in diseases with misfolded proteins. Cogane has a better shot to work in people with seizure and stroke. There is a lack of money and they are just throwing it away into trials for the wrong patients.
