I have Parkinson’s and I had a very bad cold that lead to a chest infection. I was given antibiotics but still have symptoms although on my second doctors appointment he said the chest infection had gone.
My question is my partner says I should go out walking and get fresh air. My friends say I should stay in and rest.
Although I dont have a chest infection I still feel unwell. Im still coughing but not as much.
Try a small walk first as it would help your circulation and build it up if all goes well.

Unfortunately I went for a long walk yesterday in the very hot weather and now my chest feels worse and my Parkinson’s feels worse.
Think I will take it easy for a while.
