Unfortunately, coughing fits are quite common among people with Parkinson’s. If you haven’t done so already, I’d recommend that you consult with your GP about this, they may be able to prescribe some medication for this. You can also give our helpline a call and speak to one of our advisers about this on 0808 800 0303. They have extensive knowledge on this area and would be happy to support you further on this.
