Covid-19 vaccination

Does anyone know if people with Parkinson’s diagnosis can get an NHS Covid vaccination for 2025 winter season? The age eligibility is 75 this year and I am younger than that. The eligibility by age keeps shifting!
Thanks.

Hi Penny, thank you for reaching out to the group.

The NHS eligibility guidelines say that you can book a COVID vaccine if you are younger than 75 but have a weakened immune system because of a health condition or treatment: COVID-19 vaccine - NHS

If you’re unsure whether this applies, we’d recommend reaching out to your GP, pharmacist or Parkinson’s nurse to double check. You could also give our helpline a call - it’s free and confidential: 0808 800 0303.

We’re sure others on the forum will also be able to share their experiences with you.

Take care,

Hi Penny,
I would avoid the COVID jab personally,
I have family members who have been injured by the jab I believe and I know some friends who are also injured by the I think.

Have a look at Dr John Campbell videos on YouTube and there is a lot of information on X if you have the app.
Plenty of studies which paint a picture of the adverse events .

Look before you leap .

Avoid the John Campbell stuff - he is barking mad and has become a conspiracy theorist. Covid vaccines saved millions of lives.

Hi nuno,
John was a jab advocate until he got injured and the studies came out about the heart problems caused by the covid jab.

He had to apologize to his followers and explained that he no longer considered the mRNA modified synthetic jab safe and declined his booster jab.
