Cramp... or dystonia?

Hi All. I get the big toe-curling cramp thing at moments of low dopamine (just before first med of the day, or when I’m particularly anxious and the levadopa hasn’t ‘come on’), which can be very painful.

My question is, is this cramp, or dystonia? Is there a critical difference? And therefore would quinine be effective as a remedy (people widely use it for cramp, but if dystonia is a separate Parkinson-specific thing would it work the same)?

Many thanks.
